At Petsvolta, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we make it easy to return or exchange.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them
To initiate a return, email us at sales@petsvolta.com with your order number

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for defective or damaged items. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged order.
